Payments & Purchases as well as Income, Sales, & Deposits can be edited from the Account Register by clicking on the Edit button next to each transaction.

#24 - Clipping Soil Types and Other Maps to Field Boundaries
When importing soil type maps into Farm Works X2 the option of clipping soil types to a field boundary is available. This is important if you decide to create variable rate maps based on soil types, because the first step is establishing a boundary for the variable rate map. That used to be time consuming. X2 eliminates this extra step by allowing you to automatically clip maps to field boundaries. |

#25 - Harvest & Equipment Records in Site Pro
Site Pro will now have the ability to record harvest and equipment records. When recording field records in prior versions of Site Pro, limitations on equipment and harvest was an issue. Now users of Site Pro will benefit from the same functionality as grower level software (Farm Trac/Farm Site). |

#26 - Improved Farm Funds Transaction Templates
Transaction templates are a very vital part of Farm Funds. Farm Works X2 just made creating and retrieving templates much easier. Every transaction is essentially a Template for a future transaction.
Select a vendor and click the new “Load Transaction Info…” button . A list-box of Templates and previous transactions appears. Choose one and click OK. The dialog is filled out with the information from the selected transaction / template. Make changes and record. |

#27 - Importing Yield & Application Maps Creates Field Records
Yield maps are an important part of your farm management. However, it's just as important to have field histories that include harvest records. Additionally, these harvest records should be tied in with accounting records so you can keep track of bin inventories. With Version X2, when you import a yield map, Farm Works will automatically update your field records in Farm Trac. If you are using Farm Funds, importing the yield map will automatically add the harvest to your inventories to update your accounting and bin records!
When yield data is imported, Farm Works will create a record of the harvest that will be listed in the "Job" tab. These records can be edited so that the harvest can be assigned to a storage location (such as a grain bin). Additionally, you can assign people and equipment to the field record so you have a complete field history of the harvest! |

#28 - Multiple, Separate Polygons Can Make Up A Single Field
Prior versions of Farm Works had issues when a landmark divided a field. A common example is when you have a field divided by a waterway or road. Both fields have the same name, yet they are not connected. Farm Works X2 solves this problem by the way it handles the boundary layer. With X2, a field can be represented by any number of separate polygon areas. |

#29 - Viewing Past Crop Zones
Farm Works X2 allows you to create "Crop Zones" that can be separate from a field boundary. With X2 the field boundary should be a relatively permanent boundary that does not change from year to year. Crop Zones represent the boundaries of the crop(s) within that field. These can be the same as the boundary or they can be different such as when a field is split with different crops. What's more is that X2 will store these crop zones with the records for that year so you can always go back and see what the zones were in past crop years. |

#30 - Quick Zooming Techniques
Quickly zoom to any farm or field by using the “Farm/Field/Job Tree” to the left. Farm Works X2 can easily navigate around the map by a click of the mouse. If you wish to view a farm, select the farm name and only the fields will appear for that farm. |
