How do I order from Martens Farms?
Ordering from us is easy! You can order by phone to 620.585.6761
or 877.585.6761, or order online using our secure shopping
cart.
To order online, click on the blue "Add to Cart"
button on the particular product page. You will then be forwarded
to our shopping cart where you will see the item you chose
in our shopping cart. You then have the option to Update,
Delete, or Continue Shopping for more items. When you are
ready to complete the order, just click the "Check Out"
link located below the search form on the left hand side of
the page, and you will be prompted to enter your shipping
and billing information. If you choose to pay by credit card
using PayPal, you will be forwarded to a secure PayPal form
for login or account creation.
You may view the contents of your shopping basket any time
by clicking on the "View Cart" link.
Why should I order from Martens Farms?
We not only sell Farm Works Software, we use it daily on
our own farm and train and support many, many clients using
it in a wide variety of agricultural operations. We also use
a variety of precision farming equipment. If we don't know
the answer to your questions, we'll tell you so and try to
find answers. We partner with several leading companies with
expertise that complements ours in order to better support
our customers.
We treat you as we would like to be treated - with honesty,
integrity, and friendly service. Our goal is to help you find
the best match of software and hardware for your particular
farming or ranching operation. If we don't carry what you
need, we'll try to refer you to someone who does. If we carry
a less expensive alternative that will still do what you need,
we'll let you know. If you need assistance to make the most
of the software and hardware you purchased from us, we can
provide training and consulting by phone, by online training
session, at your site, or in classroom-style training sessions
for groups.

What payment methods
are accepted?
We are happy to accept U.S. checks or money orders, and also
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal.
Our online shopping cart will allow you to choose which payment
method you prefer. Choose check or money order to print your
order invoice to send along with payment. Choose PayPal to
pay by credit card or by funds transfer from your PayPal account.
A Paypal account is fast and easy to use, and allows you
to use credit cards online without re-entering information
or giving your credit card details to every online shop you
use. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can
create one while completing an order on our site. Orders paid
by PayPal must be shipped to a confirmed address unless otherwise
arranged in advance by phone. (A confirmed address is the
billing address shown on the credit card registered with that
PayPal account).
Do you accept orders from outside of the United States?
No. We do not accept payment from banks or PayPal accounts outside of the United States. We also do not ship to new clients outside the United States.
What are your shipping methods and
prices?
We normally ship by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and
may require delivery confirmation or signature. Orders typically
arrived in two to three days. Rush overnight shipping by USPS
or UPS can be arranged at additional cost if you desire.
Shipping fees vary based on the size of the total order and
how much bulky equipment is included, but are typically $5-$15.
Farm Works Software updates include $5 shipping unless sent
with additional items.
How long will it take my order to
arrive?
We try hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped out in the order they are received, and
some days are busier than others so we cannot guarantee same
day shipping but do aim for that for in-stock items if possible.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. are most likely to ship the same
day if the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock,
we will give you an expected delivery date. Depending on your
chosen shipping method, we ask that you please allow up to
five days business days for it to arrive.

What is your privacy policy?
The information you provide when you place an order is used
to fulfill your order, to help us improve the content of our
site, and to contact you if we have a question regarding your
order. We will never share our customer list with any other
organization.
As a customer, we may occasionally send you e-mails about
promotions and special offers or news and tips from Martens
Farms. You may opt out of this list by e-mailing us at unsubscribe@123farmworks.com
with the subject of "remove me". You can also call
us at 620.585.6761 or 877.585.6761, or use the unsubscribe
link in every email. We honor every request immediately.
Is ordering on your site secure?
Ordering from our site is as secure as using a credit card
at a restaurant (more so, actually) or sending any payment
through the mail. Orders paid by credit card through PayPal
are processed on a highly secured server to protect your account
information. A secured page in the Internet Explorer browser
shows a little yellow padlock at the very bottom right corner
of your browser window.
If you order by sending a check through the postal mail,
you simply print the online order receipt created by our shopping
cart and include it in an envelope with your check or money
order. We do not save your contact information anywhere on
our online site after you complete your order.

I'm not happy with something about
my order. What do I do?
Call us at 620.585.6761 or (toll-free) 877.585.6761 if you
are unsatisfied in any way with a product you ordered from
us. We will arrange a prompt replacement for any defective
product, and do our best to resolve any other issues you may
have.
We do charge a 15% restocking fee on returned products, or cancelled custom orders.
